In early May, I was
pleased to assist with arranging and keyboard support for a staged reading of
"The Last Cyclist", A
holocaust play, steeped in absurdist, dark humor - and actually
written by holocaust victim, Karel Svenk.
Playwright, and Jewish
historian, Naomi Patz, shepherded this important piece through with a highly
creative adaptation of Svenk's original play, originally performed at the
Terezin concentration camp.
